What fitness goal are you truly passionate about?
How long have you been passionate about it and why are you so passionate about it?
My passionate fitness goal right now is to get down to 155 and bulk up. I have had this passion for the last 2 years now.
Why: When I lose the weight I have more energy to run around with the kids and I plan stuff like going biking with them today. I don’t feel like just sitting around the house, I pull the whole family out of it.
I like to bulk up cause I like the look of rock hard muscles. Hubby does too, so it works for us. ![]()
