Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil, preferably extra-virgin
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
1 15-ounce can white beans (cannellini or Great Northern), drained and rinsed
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/3 cup chopped parsley, preferably Italian flat-leaf
1 12-ounce can (or two 6-ounce cans) solid white tuna in water,
drained and flaked
Instructions:
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and rosemary in a bowl.
Add beans, tomatoes and parsley and toss together. Gently stir in tuna.

Where do you get all these receipe from? I love salads that taste fresh and at the same time healthy. I do not like salad that are drenched in sauce. Thanks for always putting up such quality receipe.
