I love food! Nothing wrong with that. As long as I keep to mostly healthy choices and watch my portions I can eat a great variety of yummy stuff. As I go along the internet I pick up many healthier recipes. Some of them will have nutrition info, others may not. I am especially on the look out for better options to our favorite “bad” foods. lol Like my beloved sweet-n-sour!

Check out your favorite cookbooks and see how you can make your everyday recipes lighter.  Use low or non-fat sour cream and yogart.  Bake with apple sauce instead of oil.  Use just a dab of olive oil to cook your foods in instead of butter.  There are many options to make your recipes a little better for you without sacrificing taste.
