QOTW – Weight Routine

How do you break up your weights routine? Are you dedicated to one major body part or do you hit upper body one day and lower body on another?

There are no correct answers to this question. The focus is on pushing yourself each and every set and not hitting the same major muscle group two days in a row. Otherwise there are so many different ways to write a program depending on your goals and any health issues you may have.

Val Selby has been a fitness trainer for 5 years and a sports lover since the age of 4. Coaching comes naturally to someone so bossy ;)
