What healthy choices have you made today?
Instead of any fast food or convenience food I bought some dark rye bread and some roast beef and came home to make a sandwich. No mayo, no cheese and lots of veggies. I feel much better about this decision that what I wanted to get.





This morning i had a bowl of whole grain granola cereal with pieces of dried strawberries, kiwi, and another type of berry. I had it with 2% milk instead of whole milk. It was very delicious and filling. It gave me a mini boost and it made me feel great.
MMM, and this time of year fresh berries are everywhere and inexpensive as well. Ad a little it of protein to that meal and you are rocking breakfast!
