		<description>You can take specific supplements with antioxidants. But their benefits have not been proven to be as good as whole foods.  I don&#039;t think there is ever a replacement for eating fruits and veggies.  Supplements are meant to support your diet, not replace food groups.</description>

I think people are always looking for short-cuts when it comes to staying healthy and I could see a huge-potential in a vitamin or a drink with more than your average daily dose of anti-oxidants. In regards to antioxidants, I see more stories talking about it&#039;s cancer fighting abilities than any other health benefit.</description>
