Kick starting your fitness

What tends to trigger you making fitness a priority again? Everyone has that button. But have you paid attention to what your’s is? For some it’s the fact that the clothes don’t fit. Other’s it may be the doctor told them to. A good one is a spouse or friend has renewed their fitness vow.

Whatever the trigger, see if you can’t push yourself towards making your health a priority without it. I promise you’ll feel better for it.
