As a mother of two, I find Pilates to be simply the most efficient workout I can do to keep fit! I accomplish toning, sculpting, sweating and strength in a few workouts a week. One note, Mr. Pilates is named Joseph Hubertus Pilates. Some call him Joe Pilates, others call him Uncle Joe but no one (as far as I've heard) has ever called him George!
