Just a quick correction, 2 pounds a WEEK is a good safe weight loss.  That would be 8 pounds a month ;)</description>

		<description>I agree 100% before i started my fiet i was reading post  and some post were like i olnt lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks  so i stopped. I look at it like this if you lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks thats 6 pounds a month and 60 pounds in 10 months. I know i needed help so to help keep me on my diet i decied to make a video diet diary and post it online and it really helps when other people join you and work together.
