		<description>Carbohydrates for me still very important. Though I am into diet right now. I never restrict my self from eating carb, I just eat less and never eat unnecessary high carbohydrate foods.Just having enough energy for the body to do the daily activity. I ate more on vegetables and fruits instead.=)</description>

When I went to your site, there was really no info there.  Just buy these 2 products and drop the weight.  What is so healthy about that?  What habits have been changed?  How is your cardiovascular system any better for popping a couple of pills?

I can agree that supplementation can be good and help, but it&#039;s not the answer.  Otherwise America would not be so obese.  Hope you&#039;ll stop back by and answer some of these questions.  :)
