Gear up

It really is time to gear up for the Winter workouts. Give it another few weeks and you are going to be sick of being inside the gym. I’m already there. I made my daughter take me jogging. lol I just had to get outside.

But if you are heading outside, then you will need a sweetshirt. Don’t buy a cutesy one you can wear to the mall. That is for those that don’t really work out.
