		<description>I actually just found out i am pregnant and very excited.  I&#039;ve been trying to find some aerobics/work outs that i can do while pregnant. I don&#039;t want to over do it but i still want to keep my figure.  I&#039;m glad i came across your blog.  Thanks for the great information.</description>
