I know how some of my other sites readers have loved quick tips. Quick tips as in quick for them to do and especially quick for them to read.
Well why not here at Busy Momma Wellness? Hmm, well because until today it didn’t hit me what a topic could be that I could keep going easily.
I’m not a contributor at Eccentric WAHM and as I was writing my first post it came to me. Done in One!
I was writing this post about things that can be done day to day while you are doing other things around the house. I could have kept this post going forever and ever and ever and ever. Hmm, that’s a sign isn’t it? lol
So I’ve created the new Done in One segment to just get you moving more every second of every day. This will even go for sitting at the computer, working, at the kids practice. Do you have somewhere that you’d like to incorporate more movement? I’d be happy to write up some quick tips on how to do so!
