I’m pretty sure I’ve mentioned previously that I teach a seniors fitness class. You would be amazed at what you learn you need to work on by visiting this class. I encourage all ages of their relatives to attend, especially since sometimes they need a ride and I want them all to be here 3 times a week.
But stability is a huge issue we don’t understand we will lose so easily.

I told you I’d get some quick tips out to you. I truly am excited to get you these quick ways you can get more fitness into your day to day. While it’s definitely not cardio, it is helping you in many ways. 1 minute exercises have no excuse. You can find Stability and body weight training can be very important to our daily lives for THE REST OF OUR LIVES! Body weight training does a lot of help for your bone density as well. We always want to keep every bit of bone density we have.
