Stress Benefits Of Aerobic Exercise: If you've ever sat in the front at a red light and watched the faces driving past, you know most people are living a stressed out, unhappy experience of life. Obviously, exercise will do nothing for our life circumstances, but it may change how we view those circumstances.

Yes, walking can definitely be aerobic exercise. But not if you are strolling. It needs to be a full on walk. You'll burn calories sure, but the point of aerobic exercise is to get your heart pumping strong, work that heart, work the lungs and clear out those veins.

You are going through your day with no protein and no fruits or vegetables at all? Yes, your losing weight. BUT, you are also leaning towards anorexic tendencies by depleting your body of nutrients and telling yourself it's ok to be hungry. I'm sure you don't even notice that you are hungry anymore. We woman are really good at ignoring that hunger issue when we want to lose weight. Bagels are white flour that burns quickly.

I find aerobic exercise to include walking. I walk at least thirty minutes a day and the fresh air and scenery on a nice or even dull day picks my mood up considerably. I make it a daily event to get out and get some fresh air by walking everywhere. I cut out sugar in my diet and only eat one bagel for breakfast with a coffee and the same for lunch. I have lost weight and feel great as a result of walking and simply cutting back on what and how much I eat. The benefits to improved mood and general feeling of wellness is terrific.
