I think sharing personal weight stories helps keep you motivated. When I wasn’t sharing my losses I got lazy at times. I love the idea.
weight loss is easier said then done, especially if you are recovering from the prgnancy weight gain and a C section. Doy ou have any tips and exercises for C section?
Only difference with a C section is possibly how long it may take for you to personally heal. You still want to do the same cardio, diet tips and lots of abdominal work. However, you just may not be able to hit that abdominal workout hard as soon as you’d like to. Definitely get the ok from your doctor before hitting it just to make sure that all healing is complete.
Yeah it is right that you often get motivation from others who have achieved that landmark which you are thinking about achieving so i appreciate this initiative.
