Calf Raises

I told you I’d get some quick tips out to you. I truly am excited to get you these quick ways you can get more fitness into your day to day. While it’s definitely not cardio, it is helping you in many ways. 1 minute exercises have no excuse. We always want to keep every bit of bone density we have.

So calf raises. If you are standing doing dishes, cutting vegetables, or some other activity in place. Do some quick calf raises. Go up on your toes and slowly lower yourself back to the ground. Do this 12-15 times in a row. If you can get in 3-4 sets of this at one time that is awesome. Sexy calves in no time with this helping you ;)
