Hey Retta, glad you started on something.  Sometimes baby steps are what&#039;s needed.  But you have to start somewhere!  I&#039;ve also found it helpful to have my family ask me about my workouts.  The kids are so helpful with that.  &quot;Mom did you go run?&quot; &quot;Mom did you do your crunches?&quot; lol</description>

		<description>My biggest obstacles are 1) myself and 2) space! I recently joined Scott&#039;s Fat Loss Quickie program for wahm&#039;s and so far that&#039;s been a huge help. I&#039;ve got next to no space here and his workouts are designed to fit in tiny little offices, perfect! 

Working on the making myself a priority and trying to recover from years of neglecting myself and my body. It&#039;s a long path, but it&#039;s a good one.</description>
