I am a personal trainer, and I think the one-one relationship is very important and you need to be able to be yourself aorund your trainer,as that is when you will push yourself to the max and therefore achieve the most out of your workout. We are there to keep you motivated and provide you with a program to follow, but at the end of the day it is down to you to push yourself, and be true to yourself with your diet. As a trainer I am always on the end of the phone or email to respond to any questions and help with motivation relating to training or diet.
