When life gets in the way we always seem to stress out. That seems to ring truer for females. There are many ways to relax and be stress free, without spending a fortune.
Changing your lifestyle and reducing your stress will prolong your life.
Let’s learn how to protect your health when the going gets tough.
- The first thing you do is to try to determine the reason why you are stressed. Go through your day and write down any time you feel stressed and what has caused that emotion. Make a list, as hard as it sounds it will be extremely helpful. You will be able to manage your life when you have a concrete list of what the stressors are in your life.
Busy Moms Can Exercise
Let’s face it moms are busy and never seem to have time for regimented exercise programs. With the amount of things we do on a daily basis who has time? Fortunately, there are a variety of exercise solutions that will keep you not only in shape but motivated as well, in spite of your crazy schedule.
Here are some exercise tips for busy moms:
- Stick to a schedule – it is very easy to occupy your time with the many daily responsibilities you have and leave exercise out but scheduling will make it easier. The workout can be at a gym or at home, but the most important thing to remember is to schedule time for it or you will not exercise.

We all know that exercise is crucial to good health. Our doctors tell us so, we read articles in magazines and online, and new studies about the benefits of exercise are all over the news. For most of us, getting enough exercise is a matter of getting motivated and making the time for it. But for asthma sufferers, exercise can be a very scary concept.
Asthma attacks are no laughing matter. They cause great difficulty in breathing, and if they’re untreated or treatment is not effective, a trip to the emergency room is necessary. Asthma is the cause of a huge number of missed days at work and school each year. So many asthma sufferers avoid exercise altogether for fear that it will trigger an attack.

However, you should be careful because a little negligence can cause unfavorable effects on your body e.g. sprain, muscle swelling, etc. There are things that you should bear in mind when you are doing workouts for your arms and they are as follows:
Meal Planning

Planning out your meals goes a long way in eating healthier. Nothing kills a diet more than having to stop and pick up food a few times a week or grabbing that box of hamburger helper full of salt and preservatives.
Back in 2006 when I went back to school to get my fitness training degree I really learned this. Here I was going to school to help others be healthier and my family and I were getting less and less healthier. I was working full time, going to school full time and hubby was working a ton of extra hours. Takeout became the new norm until I got it under control.
