Interestingly, George Pilates said that his exercise routine could produce results in only 10 minutes a day. Every Mom can find that much time! Here are 3 easy moves that you can do first thing in the morning or last thing at night when the kids are in bed.

Crohn’s disease is a chronic condition where areas of the digestive tract become inflamed. Unlike some similar conditions, symptoms of Crohn’s can occur anywhere in the digestive tract, from the mouth to the anus, not just the bowels. Most symptoms of Crohn’s occur in the ileum, which is the lower part of the small intestine. The inflammation can also lead to ulcers, blockages from scar tissue, and even intestine death. While the symptoms of Crohn’s may go into remission, the disease has no cure at this time.

Figuring out the differences between a typical headache and something worse is not always easy.  Especially if you are one of those poor souls that is prone to headaches.  There are a few things to ask yourself.  Do you have headaches which seem to linger on and on no matter what type of over-the-counter medication you take?  Is the pain located on one side of your head?  Do you have sensitivity to light and sound?  Do you often feel sick from it?  If you answer yes to any of these questions, it would be a good idea to check with your doctor about migraines.

Good old crunches.  The key to doing a good crunch is not how far off the floor you get.  This leads to the head bob.  You’ve seen her right?  That poor person laying on the floor on her back and she thinks she is doing a ton of crunches, but has never flexed her abs once.  Her hands are behind her head and her neck is straining back and forth.

For many out there personal training is just not a viable option. Whether it’s the cost or just the fact that you do not have any where you live, it can be very frustrating if you really need the motivation. The All About You! package starts at only $15.95 a month. The going rate for a trainer around me is $60-$80 an hour, so this is a steal.
