There used to be a time when fitness spas were more about being pampered than becoming fit. You went there to to be pampered and spoiled with mud wraps and massages. Today, although there are many spas which still offer this kind of amenity, more women are choosing spas in which they can be taught to change their lifestyle. They want to become healthier and lose weight at the same
time.

It really is time to gear up for the Winter workouts. Give it another few weeks and you are going to be sick of being inside the gym. I’m already there. I made my daughter take me jogging. lol I just had to get outside.

But if you are heading outside, then you will need a sweetshirt. Don’t buy a cutesy one you can wear to the mall. That is for those that don’t really work out. You need to buy a good cotton one that will soak up the sweat or that you can use to wipe up the sweat when you are done. Hanes has you covered there. They have the best products for working out. I just love cotton.

Fitting Exercise Into Your Busy Life

By: Alice Seba and Mila Sidman

Women with careers and families often moan that they have no time to join a gym and exercise. Well, who said you had to join a gym? Exercise doesn’t mean slinky leotards and Nautilus equipment. There are plenty of ways to get exercise that benefits you both emotionally and physically.

Multi-taskers can actually combine some facets of their exercise plans with work or their home life. Arm curls with hand weights are easy to do while watching television, or reading a document. Standing over a hot stove? Keep your kitchen watch from a couple of feet away while using portable equipment like a Stairmaster.
